Maya y Playa Program (3 weeks in Copán Ruinas & 1 week in La Ceiba) La Ceiba (pop. 80,000) is the third largest city in Honduras and is located on the Caribbean coast, with access to great beaches. It is the country's most vibrant city with nightly entertainment. The city is friendly with an international atmosphere and is easy to walk around . The Maya y Playa program is for 4 weeks. Begin in Copán Ruinas for 3 weeks of private lessons (20 hours per week). The students will travel by bus (not included, approximately $25) to La Ceiba for 1 week of classes. TOTAL PRICE FOR THIS PROGRAM IS: $820 (Classes & live with local family ) or $550 (Classes Only) Price includes a workbook for your level, 20 hours of spanish classes every week one on one, private room, 3 meals a day; in Copan Ruinas you will receive one Tour/Activity per week to various attractions in Copan Ruinas.
